The Upcoming iPhone Popularity Graph and Comparison

With the new iPhone set to be unveiled September 12, 2012. Apple fanboys and critics will be watching to see what changes will be made to the 5th generation phone. A survey of over 1300 people reveals who will buy the new upcoming iPhone 5. When they plan to purchase it and what features shoppers want Apple to improve.

For iPhone 5:

45% people will buy the new iPhone 5.
31% people will not buy the new iPhone 5.
24% people are yet to decide about the upcoming Apple Phone.

For The new iPad:

48% people wanted to buy the new iPad.
17% did not buy the new iPad.
35% were undecided.


According to the survey 55% people have not set time frame for buying the new upcoming iPhone 5 while 35% will buy the new phone on the day of Release and 10% people will wait in line on the day of release.

The survey report states that:

74% of the iPhone 4 owner will but the new iPhone 5.
71% of the iPhone 3G owner will buy the next iPhone.
64% of the iPhone 4S owner will buy the upcoming iPhone.

38% of the Blackberry owner will but the 5th gen iPhone.
32% of the simple cell phones users will but the new iPhone.
22% of the Android owner will buy the iPhone 5.

The features which shoppers wanted desperately is the long battery life demanded by the 93% people. 90% people wanted faster processor. 83% people wanted 4G technology in it while 76% wanted bigger size of the screen.
